Caspian Consulting Service Company (CCSC) is an independent international consulting firm providing focused advice and tailored solutions to clients primarily in the upstream and downstream petroleum industries.

For oil and gas projects, CCSC delivers services covering the full project lifecycle — from exploration and field rehabilitation through feasibility studies, project assessment, development planning, and decommissioning. The company creates value for upstream operators by supporting the discovery, development, production, and management of petroleum reservoirs, as well as offshore and onshore assets in the Caspian region, Russia and Middle East.

Founded in December 2010, CCSC has established alliance-type partnerships with international professionals and local companies. The company’s permanent operating office is located in Baunatal, Germany, and it maintains postal addresses in Baku, Azerbaijan, and Burnaby, Canada.

In 2012, CCSC registered its subsidiary, Bensoft Resources Corporation, in Seychelles. A number of small- and mid-sized international projects have been executed through Bensoft Resources Corporation.

CCSC maintains well-established relationships with leading research organisations and institutions across the Caspian region, specialising in all areas of the upstream petroleum industry, including geological and geophysical surveys, field development, production, and transportation. The company provides professional assessments and practical solutions for a wide range of upstream and downstream projects.

The company’s independence is ensured by its structure as a purely consulting organisation. CCSC holds no equity in any project and is primarily owned by its founder. This allows the company to provide clients with objective, conflict-free advice on critical technical and commercial matters. Such independence is particularly valuable in due diligence reviews and feasibility studies, which constitute a significant portion of CCSC’s activities.
